We could not have ask for a better real estate agent. He not only helped us buy a home, he also helped us sell a home in a very short time. He was so easy to work with and he made the process of buying and selling so much easier for us.. I would and have recommended David for an agent. He was very, very attentive to our needs and always responded to us quickly, even late at night or early in the morning. He was very patient with us and willing to accommodate our needs. He helped us buy our home we are in now and he is representing us in the sale of our condo. He also has helped us with whom to get to do work to our house and condo. Very highly recommended. We will definitely use him in future purchases.

David Fonseca did an excellent job helping us find our dream home. When we found it he quickly shifted gears and started showing us comparables so we could be certain of our choice. What really blows me away is David's service after the deal. We bought new construction and David works hard to make sure everything is right with the house. He gets personally involved with the seller when we have issues. (None of our issues have been serious.) David is a great community resource to us too since we are new to the area. We look forward to a long and lasting friendship with David. We certainly do recommend David Fonseca to anyone who needs a realtor.

I had been looking for a home for several months when I ran across David at an open house. I loved the property, but told him my main reservation was that there was no fence. He piped up with an offer to build one for me. Yeah. He stuck with me through it all, calling almost daily to keep me posted, give me advice and encouragement. Through the myriad of details and forms he was one step ahead, preparing me for the next phase. After closing he showed up to build my fence, responding to my angst about my dogs. Way to make the sale, David!
