Preston Fonseca is an ambitious agent combining knowledge from his enrollment at the IU Kelley School of Business with his active participation in the Real Estate industry to facilitate client success. Willingness to repeatedly collaborate with the same real estate agent after a client’s first transaction is the driving factor of what constitutes a successful client relationship for Preston. Therefore, making client satisfaction his top priority. Because the real estate industry is ever-changing, the clock never stops with Preston’s determination to satisfy clients’ needs. This includes, but is not limited to, constant market research, negotiating to meet a client’s bottom line, and diligently monitoring fulfillment of contract terms.

Preston’s broad goal is to consolidate the brokerage motto with his client relationships. This goal is to bridge the gap between buyer and seller. Preston believes there should be no sense of consternation faced by clients in the buying or selling process. Thus, he prioritizes making the process intelligible for them. The hospitality of Hoosiers has always drawn residents to Indiana.
